Capital Flow is a fintech trading start-up that helps provide simple market order flow and analytics to help traders make the best trading decisions.

I helped Capital Flow's team revamp their website to boost their retention rates and conversion rates. To do this, I dove into researching their competitors' websites, crafted a Information Architecture, and designed sections aimed at keeping users engaged longer, which in turn significantly increase conversion rates.

The problem the website was having was lack crucial of information to entice users to explore their platform. Despite offering an excellent product, they struggled to effectively communicate its value through their landing page. Additionally, the website wasn't responsive, a key factor for driving sales online.
